Elderhostel at International House at the University of California, Berkeley
Facilities
Dining Hall, rooms, library, and café are all located in International House, a magnificent historic building adjacent to the U.C. campus. Be prepared to walk and use the campus shuttle bus. Distances within the building are rather substantial. If you have difficultly walking, this may not be the program for you. Accommodations are dormitory-style rooms with twin beds. Single rooms available for no extra charge. Rooms with private baths are not available.
Meals
Excellent meals are served cafeteria style in our Dining Hall where you can meet students from around the world or join other Hostelers. Vegetarian options are available at all meals, great salad bar.
