| RENOVATION UPDATE |

International House has undertaken a ten-year renovation plan in an intensive effort to address deferred maintenance and needed improvements. Listed below are improvements that have been completed over the last five years, totaling almost six million dollars. To complete the plan, an additional six million dollars in projects, also listed below, are in the planning stages. For more about this challenge see the Executive Director's Message.
International House was wrapped in scaffolding over the summer to repair and paint concrete walls that had suffered extensive weather damage through the years.
