Two Elderhostel programs will be offered by International House again this year.

June 2-8, $560
A Feast of Early Music

Take a trip back in time to enjoy medieval, Renaissance, and Baroque music with lectures by Prof. Davitt Moroney. Our program is held in conjunction with the Early Music Festival on campus, the leading early music event in North America. Program fee includes at least three concerts. Although this program is full with a waiting list, there are often some last-minute openings. Call Elderhostel to enroll and put your name on the waiting list.

September 11: Causes & Consequences

This program offers in-depth and scholarly analysis of issues including the political, historical, and cultural context of Afghanistan, impact on U.S.-Russia relations and on prospects for peace in the Middle East, roots of terrorism, impacts on civil liberties and more.

Hidden Treasures of the UC Campus

Each afternoon will include opportunities to see treasures including the Hearst Museum of Anthropology, the 61-bell carillon in the Campanile, art treasures, and special collections. Call Elderhostel to enroll in the June 9-15 program.
