Meetings & Conferences
The Chevron Auditorium – Featuring one of the few full-size stages with dedicated sound and theater lighting on campus, this room is excellent for theater style seating up to 400 people or banquets of up to 240 people. The Auditorium is frequently used in a hybrid configuration (conference in one half, lunch, reception or poster session in the back of the room). The Hall of History serves as a registration area for Auditorium events, while the attached Slusser Room can be used for catering, as a breakout room, and other ways in conjunction with Auditorium events.
The Golub Homeroom – Our most elegant small room, the Homeroom is available for lectures and conferences seating up to 56, banquets up to 50, receptions of 60, or board meetings of 30-40 people. The room features a balcony with SF Bay and Golden Gate views, and can also be used as a living room for more intimate affairs.
The Ida & Robert Sproul Rooms – These rooms can be used as individual rooms seating up to 40 people each or one large room seating up to 80 (theater or banquet) or a reception up to 99 people. Hybrid set-ups are often configured in these rooms as well, with a conference table for up to 24 people in one room, with a banquet or reception set-up next door.
The Great Hall – A stylish, grand, and well-appointed space most appropriate for receptions, wedding ceremonies. The resident’s living room, this space is available on a limited basis for your higher-end events.
The Heller Patio – a lovely Mediterranean court yard shaded by olive trees is perfect for lunches, receptions, wedding ceremonies and other outdoor events in season.
The I-House Audio Visual equipment inventory includes sound systems, projectors, video conferencing, wireless internet and a trained and talented staff to set-up and run even the most complex events. Full Catering service is also available.
