Davis Projects for Peace 2016

Davis Projects for Peace

Projects for Peace is an initiative inspired by the late Kathryn W. Davis. Upon the occasion of her 100th birthday in 2007, Mrs. Davis chose to celebrate by committing $1 million for one hundred Projects for Peace with the objective to encourage and support today’s motivated youth to create and try out their own ideas for building peace. Since 2008, 17 Davis Projects for Peace Awards have been granted to I-House Berkeley residents, including this year’s recipients highlighted below.
