Minimum order on any one item is 25 people.

Each order allows 2-3 servings per guest. Allow 10-12 servings for receptions, 6-8 servings for pre-dinner.

Broiled skewered prawns served on a bed of romaine with tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, red onions, and a light vinaigrette.

Complete buffet includes: choice of 3 salads, 2 breads, dessert tray, coffee, decaf, assorted teas, and water.

 

Caponata (italian medley)

Eggplant salad with green peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms, and garlic in a lemon olive oil vinaigrette.

Iceberg lettuce with tomato, shredded cabbage and carrots, cucumber, and tomato oregano dressing.

Cucumber, tomato, onion, and feta cheese in an oregano vinaigrette.
