Kimiya is a Bay Area–born and raised Iranian American educator, facilitator, and student-centered professional who is passionate about building inclusive and supportive communities. She joins International House from Saint Mary’s College of California, where she served as Assistant Director of the Intercultural Center. In that role, she trained and supported student leaders, supervised student staff, and helped create spaces for dialogue, connection, and growth across campus.
Kimiya’s work is grounded in radical hospitality, mutual empathy, and collective care, and she’s excited to collaborate with students and staff to co-create meaningful opportunities that celebrate our diverse identities and lived experiences.
