Hello! I’m Helena and I am very excited for this academic year as a Program Lead here at I-House! I am originally from Valencia, Spain, but I’m also half Irish. Currently I am doing an exchange year at UC Berkeley where I’m double majoring in Global Studies and Political Science. Academically, I’m especially interested in international law and the work of the United Nations in the field of human rights. Some of my favourite hobbies are playing the piano, singing and playing basketball. I also love traveling, meeting new people from many diverse backgrounds and learning about different perspectives.
