Next Steps...
Once Submitted: The Admissions team will reach out to you if your submitted application is incomplete, if you do not qualify to live at I-House, or if you are receiving an offer. Because we have a rolling admissions process, we will not send rejection notices unless you do not qualify for I-House housing.
Once I-House reaches maximum occupancy, all remaining applicants who have successfully submitted their application will remain in a pool of eligible applicants. If we receive cancellations or have new openings, we will send offers to applicants in the pool until space is filled.
After receiving an offer: For the Academic Year, a $1,750 pre-payment is due to accept your offer. This pre-payment is applied to your final housing installment prior to moving out, assuming there are no outstanding balances on your account at that time.
*Summer Only: Payment is due in full at the time you accept your offer.
