The Academic Year rates include your furnished room, an all-inclusive meal plan, participation in International House programming, and access to all of our amenities. Upon acceptance of the housing offer, applicants will be asked to pay a $1,750 pre-payment, which will be applied to the final payment installment for the period of occupancy.
