Hey everyone! I’m Joseph, and I’ll be one of your RAs this year. I’m Guatemalan and grew up in Los Angeles. I speak Spanish, English, and Portuguese (I can read and understand it!), and I’m currently learning Japanese. I’m heading into my 4th year at Cal, majoring in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, with a special interest in data science and AI modeling. Outside of class, I’m a huge fútbol fan—Visca Barça!—and I love playing pick-up games, going to the gym, and watching fútbol matches with friends. I’m super excited to meet you all and help build a fun, supportive community this year!
