Early Arrivals and Extensions

Early arrival and extension information may change each year due to factors such as the academic calendar. This page always reflects the most current details for I-House reservation extensions and early arrivals.

Fall 2026 Extensions

• Minimum Stay Length: 3 nights

• Latest Check Out Date: January 8, 2027, 10am

• Cost: $120 per night

• Availability: Requests are based on availability. Pricing and availability are subject to change, so we encourage you to submit your request early to secure housing.

• Deadline:  Fall extensions must be requested by 5 pm PST December 16, 2026.

Spring 2027 Early Arrivals

• Minimum Stay Length: 3 nights

• Earliest Check In Date: December 23, 2026, 3pm

• Cost: $120 per night

• Availability: Requests are based on availability. Pricing and availability are subject to change, so we encourage you to submit your request early to secure housing.

• Deadline:  Spring early arrivals must be requested at least 3 business days in advance.

Note: Dining is closed for winter break from December 21, 2026 through January 10, 2027.

How to submit an extension or early arrival request:

1. Log into your resident portal here (link is external).
2. Click the Shopping Cart tab.
3. Select Short Term Reservation option.
4. Choose your desired date and submit payment.
5. Once payment is received, the Admissions team will confirm whether your request has been approved or denied.

All short-term reservations (extensions and early arrivals) are non-refundable.
