Global Leadership & Connection
Global Leadership & Connections (GLC) is the Robertson Center's signature leadership development program designed for residents and students across the International House network. GLC develops globally minded leaders by strengthening cultural intelligence, intercultural communication, self-awareness, and the ability to build meaningful relationships across differences. Through 3 immersive workshops, personalized assessments, reflection, mentorship, and experiential learning, participants gain practical leadership skills that can be applied in their academic, professional, and community lives.
