Naming Opportunities: Scholarships
I-House cultivates global citizens with strong leadership skills and intercultural understanding. Your gift to endow a named room and board scholarships helps remove financial barriers that might prevent exceptional students from experiencing I-House, helping preserve the diversity that makes our community extraordinary. During the academic year, I-House provides opportunities for donors and scholarship recipients to meet, often leading to long-term friendships that span the globe.
Naming Opportunities: Bricks, Tables, and Resident Rooms
Leave a lasting mark at I-House while supporting our mission to foster intercultural respect, lifelong friendships, and leadership for a more just and peaceful world.
- Bricks: Dedicated bricks are installed on the von Kaschnitz Patio, just outside Edmonds’ Café.
- Tables: Engraved plaques for table dedications are placed on a table of your choice in the David Fleishhacker Library or the Eric and Wendy Schmidt Dining Commons.
- Resident Rooms: A plaque mounted outside the doorway permanently links your legacy to one of I-House’s 465 resident rooms.
Each dedication creates a visible, lasting reminder of your commitment to I-House.

We are deeply grateful to the I-House community whose generosity sustains scholarships, cultural programming, resident life, and the upkeep of our historic building.
Annual supporters who give $100 or more are recognized in our Honor Roll of Donors, published each year in the I-House newsletter.
Donors whose cumulative giving reaches $5,000 or more are honored with a permanent listing on the World of Difference wall, located near the northern entrance to the Great Hall.
