Emily Elser joined International House in November 2019 as our Catering Manager. With a background in hospitality management and a passion for special events, she plays a key role in ensuring that meals and gatherings at I-House are memorable, seamless, and welcoming for all.

Before coming to I-House, Emily worked at the Menlo Circus Club, where she focused on catering and event coordination for a range of private and member events. She holds a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from San Francisco State University and brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to every event she supports.

When asked what she enjoys most about working at I-House, Emily says, “The most rewarding part of my job is getting to know students from all over the world through food and events. Whether it’s a cultural celebration, formal dinner, or casual gathering, I love creating experiences that bring people together.”
