Kashauna Clipps joined us in January 2026 as the new Admissions & Financial Aid Advisor, supporting prospective and current residents throughout the admissions and financial aid processes.

Originally from Southern California, Kashauna has over 20 years of experience in K-12 education. Before she transitioned to I-House, Kashauna spent over a decade in secondary education, specializing in workforce development, college access guidance, financial aid literacy, scholarship coordination, and a passion for supporting all students and the community.

Aidan Cooke’s journey at I-House began in August 2022 as a student worker in the catering department. He was soon promoted to Catering Lead, where he developed a strong foundation in hospitality and event logistics before transitioning into his current position.

In July 2024, Aidan was hired as the Event Services Coordinator. A UC Berkeley graduate with a degree in Molecular and Cell Biology and an emphasis in Neurobiology, Aidan brings both precision and creativity to the planning process. Jeremy first joined us in August as a Traveling Culinary Consultant, during which time he demonstrated a strong commitment to our mission, our community, and our dining operations. In his new role, Jeremy will provide strategic and operational leadership across Dining, Kitchen, and Catering Services, and will collaborate closely with edmonds café on menu offerings and food production.
