Kashauna Clipps joined us in January 2026 as the new Admissions & Financial Aid Advisor, supporting prospective and current residents throughout the admissions and financial aid processes.

Originally from Southern California, Kashauna has over 20 years of experience in K-12 education. Before she transitioned to I-House, Kashauna spent over a decade in secondary education, specializing in workforce development, college access guidance, financial aid literacy, scholarship coordination, and a passion for supporting all students and the community.

Aidan Cooke’s journey at I-House began in August 2022 as a student worker in the catering department. He was soon promoted to Catering Lead, where he developed a strong foundation in hospitality and event logistics before transitioning into his current position.

In July 2024, Aidan was hired as the Event Services Coordinator. A UC Berkeley graduate with a degree in Molecular and Cell Biology and an emphasis in Neurobiology, Aidan brings both precision and creativity to the planning process. Emily Elser joined International House in November 2019 as our Catering Manager. With a background in hospitality management and a passion for special events, she plays a key role in ensuring that meals and gatherings at I-House are memorable, seamless, and welcoming for all.
