Andy Yang, JD is a seasoned philanthropic advisor working with high-net-worth individuals and families for over two decades. He joins I House from Stanford Law School, where he secured the largest commitment from an international donor.
After more than a decade of service with the University of California, Andy retired from the UC system, having been Associate Dean for Development at UCLA Anderson School of Management, Assistant Dean for Advancement at Berkeley Law and UCI Merage School of Business, as well as leadership positions with UCSF. He has extensive experience as part of groundbreaking campaigns at Harvard University and the University of California.
He is the former Chief Development Officer at an international nonprofit, where he oversaw the rapid growth in the fundraising staff.
Andy is an honors graduate of Harvard Law School and the UC Berkeley, where he lived at I House during his senior year after studying abroad at the University of St. Andrews in Scotland. He was an attorney with Skadden Arps and has served on the board of CTBC Bank (USA).
