Dear I-House Community,
On Thanksgiving Day – a holiday celebrated across the United States – it’s common practice to reflect upon our blessings. Here are a few things that I am grateful for:
- Harry and Florence Edmonds, the founders of the International House movement, who recognized many years ago that the world needed a place like I-House. (It still does.)
- The current residents and staff, who make I-House a vibrant, welcoming home and community, every day of the year.
- Our alumni and friends, for supporting I-House, believing in our mission, and sharing our vision of a more just and peaceful world.
I am especially grateful to you for your continued involvement with I-House Berkeley and for the difference you make in our global community. Together, we are creating lasting impact—not only within the walls of beautiful I-House, but around the world.
