Global Leadership Program

The Global Leadership Program is offered by the Robertson Center for Intercultural Leadership Programs at International House, UC Berkeley. This program aims to provide I-House residents with tools to enhance their leadership skills through the lens of Cultural Intelligence and Cultural Values. The program will consist of two half-day (weekend) workshops and 1-1 debriefing sessions. In addition, participants must engage in existing I-House programming and experiential learning opportunities.

As part of the program, you will participate in a *Cultural Intelligence Assessment and receive a debrief session. This tool measures an individual’s capability for working and relating across cultures by evaluating skills in four distinct areas and then comparing changes in scores over time. Upon completion of the program, you will also receive a program completion certificate and Credly badge for use in our resume, linked-in profile and other professional platforms.
